Growing up in the central valley I got spoiled with tons of fresh fruit and I've become a little picky. I like my bananas just ripe without any spots...is that too much? I don't think I'm a complete lost cause because I have found a good way to use the spotty ones...Banana Bread!! This mix is at Trader Joe's, it's easy and tastes homemade! I add chopped up bananas to my mix but you can go even further and add chopped nuts, some chocolate chips, rum soaked raisins...getting any ideas??
